Intro

If you haven’t read my “About Me” page yet, my name is Aaron Djajasaputra and I’m a passionate IT Consultant. I provide a whole host of IT Services combining all the latest technologies to better your business. I started from the ground up, providing support and computer repair services and soon found myself working my way up through Server Technologies and Networking, gaining vital experience, knowledge and qualifications along the way.

I enjoy the challenges of creating successful IT Systems, and thrive off the faced paced environment of the IT Industry. My approach is to foremost understand the business and client. Finding often the best solution is not to look at just an immediate requirement, but to see how the solution can be moulded to provide for the future too.

I actively seek to simplify systems into a more manageable and efficient environments, avoiding over complication and enjoy building friendly, down to earth relationships and have a proven track record in providing a successful service.

1. Solutions

The core of my IT Services lies in the solutions I provide. Solutions can be for either immediate requirements, or to satisfy the future growth and goals of a business. A wide range of areas are covered, including:

Depending on arrangements, solutions are provided based on either a quotation basis, or an hourly rate.

2. Administration

This service is where an agreement is made to provide ongoing management and maintenance of existing systems, ensuring that everything is running smoothly, proactively resolving any potential issues before they arise.

Arrangements can be made on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

I’ve also developed monitoring software to keep in touch with your systems. Your selected devices or networks are checked throughout the day. Outages can then be quickly attended to and resolved, ensuring minimal downtime.

3. Support

The third service I offer is support. This is where I provide call-out support to your business, either onsite or remotely. Support is provided to cater for your Network, Desktops, Laptops, Server Machines and either all other systems I have deployed, or most other systems deployed by 3rd parties.

I currently operate on both contract and freelance basis. If you wish not to agree to a service contract, you can still be supported on an adhoc basis without any worries. My rates for both contract and freelance arrangements are very competitive. Feel free to enquire for a quote.

Remote support can be provided to your client machines using a personally tailor made Remote Support Tool. No installation is required, the connection is reverse (so no dialling in to your private network), and operating systems are supported from Windows 2000 through to Windows 7. UAC, AntiVirus and Firewall compatible.
